How long will it take to receive my order?
Standard shipping typically takes 3-5 business days. We also offer expedited shipping options at checkout for those who need their gear ready for the weekend.
What is your return policy for water sports equipment?
We offer a 30-day return policy on all unused gear in its original packaging. Please note that for safety reasons, life vests and helmets must still have all tags attached.
Are your life jackets Coast Guard approved?
Yes, all personal flotation devices (PFDs) sold at Bart's Water Sports are USCG-approved unless explicitly labeled otherwise for competition use.
Do you offer international shipping?
Currently, we ship to the United States and Canada. Shipping rates and import duties for Canadian orders are calculated at the time of checkout.
How do I know which size wakeboard or skis to buy?
Each product page features a detailed size chart based on rider weight and skill level. If you are between sizes, we recommend sizing up for more stability or contacting our expert team for a recommendation.
